For 25 years, she experienced anxiety, depression, pain, insomnia, and carried extra weight. In 2004, Tanya was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. That was her wake-up call that there were some deeper issues in need of love, attention, and release, that medications, lifestyle changes, and medical interventions couldn’t touch. It wasn’t easy (she had to peel back the layers and really look into herself) and it wasn’t quick (it took years), but she healed.
Tanya believes there is a place and a time for doctors and Western medicine, but if you are 100% committed to healing all areas of your life, your soul is called to go on a journey as well. Mona Rose is a speaker and co-creator of the Navigating Truth podcast who has broken familial and religious belief systems on her personal journey to seeking truth. She is a stand for others navigating the complex journey back to their spiritual truth.
Mona's journey began back in Singapore where she was a renowned teacher of Islam. Her decision to leave her religion and the comfort of her position to follow the truth of her heart stirred controversy, prompted threats but ultimately brought her home to the Sacred within her.

Wendy Havlir Cherry, MA3, is an author, mystic poet, teacher, spiritual mentor, practitioner of shamanic sacred arts, and akashic records reader. If she could only share one thing about herself it would be that her passionate purpose is to call you back to the wild and holy sacred that longs for you.
Wendy holds three master’s degrees — two from St. John’s College — one in Eastern Classics with a concentration in Sanskrit and another in Liberal Arts. The third is a Master’s of Counseling in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University.
Currently a retired psychotherapist, Wendy has worked for many years with individuals, groups, children, and adults, to uncover, reclaim, and empower their own inner wisdom and deep, intuitive knowing. She is a long-time student of Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes, PhD, Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, and the mystical lineage of devotional poets.
Wendy combines professional and academic applications with esoteric wisdom, mysticism, and life experience grounded in practical devotions and daily practices. Both her personal and professional life are infused with writing, mindfulness, altar building, sacred space creation, ritual, the shamanic sacred arts, and ceremony.
She delights in traveling to sacred destinations (in both the ordinary and non-ordinary worlds) to understand and connect with the medicine of place, teaching and guiding those who are exploring the path of soul nourishment to trust, deepen, and express their own unique gifts and wisdom.
Wendy recently moved to Asheville, NC, to begin a new life exploring the woods, writing her next book, and creating a life with the woman she loves.
The Mistress of Longing is her second book, published by Womancraft Publishing and launched internationally in November of 2019. It has been seen in women’s hands all over the world, including Pakistan, Sweden, Singapore, Italy, and France. The Mistress of Longing is currently being translated into French. Her first book, The Reach is (W)holy; Poetry Inspired by the Sacred, was published in 2017.

Helen Hodgson, author, and founder of Transformational Goddess Retreats learned that as caretakers, women are often the last ones to nurture themselves. Helen swore she wouldn’t journey the same path, but as a nurse and massage therapist herself, she experienced the same “over-giving” and neglected her own needs. It wasn’t until her awakening with the goddesses through a pilgrimage to the mythical birthplace of Aphrodite in Paphos on the island of Cyprus that she was inspired to not only practice self-love on a much deeper level for herself but also become an advocate for empowering all women. Aphrodite became the symbol of the sacred feminine in my life, the bringer of empowerment, clarity, and strength.
Helen was introduced to the frame drum in 2015 with no prior experience in drumming and after a six-week immersion with Miranda Rondeau, Remo frame drum artist, and teacher, she was hooked.
The drum has become an intricate part of Helen’s life with years of continual weekly drum classes communing in rhythm, cultivating a deep relationship, and building her skills. Following her dedication and the call to dive deeper, Helen has been enrolled in the Teacher Training for the signature, Introduction Heart of Frame Drumming since Jan. 2019.
Helen has played the frame drum at full moon gatherings, end of life passages, memorials, women’s marches, and birthdays.
Helen is here to share the dramatic impact of this ancient tool of remembrance and a sacred lineage of the first women drummers, on our lives today.

She is a certified life coach, yoga teacher, and spiritual director. Jenni has been trained according to the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model developed by the Association of Partners of Sex Addiction Trauma Specialists.
Jenni is also a poet, a wife, a mom, and a mystic. She loves butter, coffee, bacon, traveling, and pugs.

A San Francisco Bay Area native, Claudia completed my Bachelors at San Francisco State University Latinx Studies Program and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology, training in humanistic approaches to therapy.
She has a passion for working with people of color to re-member and reimagine the way they heal together in today’s world.
Claudia uses eight years of holistic life coaching experience and six years of apprenticeship in Mesoamerican tradition to support clients uncover their own inner wisdom around what health and healing mean for them.
She strongly believes in working in a non-hierarchical, collaborative, holistic coaching approach where together the “practitioner” and “client” can co-create a new learning.
Claudia works with an integrative approach using Divine messages from the Universe and Mother Earth, the sacred elements Fire, Wind, Water, Earth, the Four Directions, Chakra Energy Centers, energy clearing (limpias), and energetic reading with claircognizance (empathic sense) and clairsentience (psychic sensory) to help recommend ritualistic practice to aid healing and uncovering your sacred self knowledge.
